Tribe9 Interactive, Inc. (“Company”) respects the privacy needs of its customers and contractors and this policy is intended to provide notice to you of our policies and practices concerning the collection, use and disclosure of any personal information submitted to the Company through its websites. In the event that you are listed on a “Do Not Call” list, you hereby agree that phone calls and other contact stemming from your submission of Personal Information to the Company are permitted.

In connection with services provided by Third Parties to Consumers, the Third Parties will have access to and will use your Personal Information to fulfill service requests subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
- In the event that the Company and/or its assets are acquired by another individual or entity, that individual or entity will possess the Personal Information and will assume the rights and obligations described herein.
- The Company is a parent company with subsidiaries and other companies under a common control. We may share some or all of your Personal Information with these subsidiaries and companies. In that event the Company requires that its subsidiaries abide by this Privacy Policy.
- The Company’s websites are not intended to be utilized by individuals under the age of 18 and the Company does not intentionally gather Personal Information about individuals who are under the age of 18.

- Any disputes arising out of this Privacy Policy shall be resolved by the laws of the State of Illinois and any claim arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions will be brought solely in the Circuit Court of Cook County.
- This Privacy Policy incorporates by reference the Terms and Conditions of the Agreement you entered into with the Company. Your use of the Website constitutes your agreement to this Privacy Policy and your consent for the Company to collect your Personal Information in accordance with the policy.
